The guild was founded when former Fairy Tail mage, Alfred Hughes, left Fairy Tail to start his own guild. As Hargeon was a renowned fishing town rather than a magic town, he chose to establish his guild there. Ten years later, the guild is still led by the charismatic Alfred Hughes, and currently boasts the next generation of not only mages, but models as well. Blue Pegasus' mages have a reputation of being real fashion icons and regularly grace the covers of Sorcerer's Monthly. Their S-Class exam takes place at the peak of Mount Dusk.
